Do you take a cut of my orders?
No. Orders go through your own checkout, we never see them. The monthly fee is all we charge.
What if I can't make something in the catalog?
Switch it off and it disappears from the configurator. Metals, karats, stone types, styles, set sizes — each one on, off, or “on request”.
Do I need a Shopify store?
No. The same snippet runs on WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace or any site of your own. Shopify just gets the deepest cart integration.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes of your time. Send us your logo and price ideas plus a staff invite, and we build it on an unpublished copy of your theme. It goes live when you say so.
Can I cancel?
Any month, from your own billing page. No notice period, no call to sit through.
Who else is using it?
It runs in production at our own workshop in Germany. You'd be among the first brands outside it — which is also why the setup fee is where it is rather than higher.
